This is a portrait series of Jeanette.

Jeanette is my sister, she is mentally ill / disabled and unfortunately blind. 

She means all the world to me and for the rest of my family. She is something very special even though she is different than other people, and thanks to her, 

she has opened our eyes to life.
For several years, my mother asked me if I would 

take some portraits of Jeanette, as we see her.

When I went to school in Copenhagen, I received a personal assignment in photo: 

Jeanette. A portrait series of her.
I have taken many pictures of her, and chose the top ten which I have now posted here. 

I hope that you will see Jeanette as we do. She is full of love and I hope you can feel it through the pictures as much as when I took them.
